Radical Broccoli Retreat

This winter, we invite you to our favorite place in the whole world, Playa Hermosa, for an amazing Wellness retreat! Situated under palm trees, with walking distance to the beautiful beach, we will spend time re-connecting with ourselves, moving, meditating, surfing and remembering what it's like to live from the heart.
The Retreat
People come to our retreats for a pause, a recharge and to find inspiration. They leave with a community, an open heart and courage to do the thing that they have been waiting for.
Something happens when you are allowed to step away from everyday life, and to be taken care of in every single way. There is magic in meeting women on the same path, connecting over surfing, morning meditations, self-love and joy.
The jungle alone has a special energy, one you just have to experience for yourself. Our retreat is situated with walking distance to one of the world most beautiful beaches, Playa Hermosa. This is where we will practice morning yoga, take our first surf lessons together and watch the sun set over the ocean.

The Location
The retreat is located at El Chante Surf House, a locally owned boutique hotel in Playa Hermosa. El Chante is a place that instantly feels like home.
Playa Hermosa is a special place, right north of Santa Teresa. Picture white sandy beaches meeting the jungle mountains. Tide-pools for mermaid swims and the best place in the world to learn how to surf. Playa Hermosa is tranquil, with a few cafes ( the best matcha in the whole peninsula), restaurants and some surf shops. The little community wakes to life with the rise of the sun, and you will see barefoot surfers walking to catch the first waves of the day.
There is a special energy here, and maybe it's because the whole town is situated on top of a quartz crystal. Whatever is it, we love it and we know you will, too!

Your remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat. We’ll send you an email well in advance with all the details and different payment options.

"This was my second retreat and I can truly say they are life changing and just magical. In the few days together you get to know each other on such a deep level that it’s actually mind blowing. I really wish for every person in the world to experience something like this. You understand on a deeper level that everyone has something challenging in their lives. And the vulnerability makes us all so connected ❤️ The workshops were just amazing, one of my biggest take aways was that you can actually talk SO nicely to yourself and treat yourself with so much love. The mornings together were so beautiful, I started every day with meditation, then a swim in the pool and then our morning movement together with the most beautiful meditations at the end ❤️ Other than that the location was magical, the food was super good and I just loved being there. "The Radical Broccoli retreat in Costa Rica was changing my life already when I ordered. Big words, but I feel so elevated, expanded and full of motivation to thrive into my next level after this retreat! The retreat serves you a "vitamin shot" of beautiful woman on the same journey, knowledge and experiences from Anette and Susi, who transferred their own lifestyle and are now living their passion. Further more practices to calm your nervous system, and tools to start manifesting your biggest drams. Topped with local, fresh home made food and a dreamy location makes this the perfect space for transformation and relaxation. To wake up to the sounds of the jungle and walk barefoot down and meet the other girls in the morning, being guided through a morning routine before a jump in the pool and a delicious breakfast is served.
