After selling out our first retreat in January, we quickly got inspired to create another opportunity for you to join us! We have listened to your desires, and have created a retreat with more surf-focus, and we will be living just steps from the beautiful Playa Hermosa in Santa Teresa. We will be starting the year together on a sporty note, taking care of our bodies, minds and souls during this nourishing week. We will surf, do yoga, dance and move our bodies every morning, eat beautiful meals together, hold powerful workshops that will shift the way you see the world, and see our realities start to align. The Experience
Hi love, welcome to our Costa Rica retreat. Our intention is to create space for you to open your heart, explore your full self, come into alignment and truly enjoy your life and your full potential. This retreat is for those who have a passion for self-growth, and want to learn or develop your surfing abilities! It's a perfect combination too, because the ocean will teach us all about our inner dialogue, our fears, our limitations and where we just allow ourselves to go all in.
We invite you to spend 6 days, 5 nights with us just steps from the beautiful Playa Hermosa, Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. A place we have completely fallen in love with the past 9 years. This is a beautiful full circle moment. Being back at the place we learned about herbs, healing, plant-based foods, surfing, spirituality and sooo much more. And now we want to share all these experiences with you.
Our days will be spent waking up early to the sound of nature, taking in the morning lights, having a snack before we head to our yoga or surf-lesson, before we enjoy a delicious breakfast by our local, in-house chef. We rest before we meet for a workshop, surfing, or other adventures during the day. We enjoy lunch and/or dinner together at our ocean-view retreat, before our evening ceremony either pulling cards, practicing emotional release, having a sharing circle, dancing or winding down with yin-yoga...
You will also be able to add-on experiences and treatments from our favorite holistic massage-therapists, healers and specialists. Every day will be our dream-day. Wow, this will be beautiful!
The Location
For our second retreat of 2026, we will stay at El Chante Surf house at Playa Hermosa, Santa Teresa. We will be living just steps from the beach, and not just any beach, but one that is known to be so friendly and forgiving for surfers of all levels.
We will wake up hearing howler monkeys, awaken with the sun, hear the birds chirping, enjoy a morning beverage, step outside and observe the beautiful greenery.
You can come alone or travel with a friend or two, and enjoy the amazing company of other inspired women who are here to grow into their highest potential.
A Typical Day
6/7 am: wake up to soft sounds of the jungle. Hydrate and have some fruits/snacks. Wake the body slowly with natural sunlight
7/8 am: pickup your surf-board and head down to the beach for our surf-lesson or meet in the shala for some movement
9 am: delicious, tropical breakfast in our outdoors dining area created by our in-house chef. Eating and enjoying slowly
10 am: take some rest, alone time, journal. Let the impressions soak in, and your brain and body process
12 pm: delicious lunch either at a local café or at our retreat location
13.30 pm: workshop with Anette/Susanne. Topics such as deepening self-love, neuroscience, manifestation, scripting, growing through our fears
5.30 pm: gathering with some fresh coconut water to watch the sun set across the horizon, with our magical view
6 pm: delicious dinner together, enjoying seasonal and local varieties, and hopefully trying something new
8 pm: close the day in the shala with some light movement, sharing session, journaling together or pulling cards, before sleeping like a dream
The Menu
We will enjoy home-made meals by our in-house local chef, who will cook vegetarian-centric meals for us, in addition to local fish. The food will be colorful, tropical, healthy, and nourishing to both look at and eat, and fuel us for the activities we have coming up.
We will strive to choose only in-season vegetables and fruits (which there are plenty of), as well as local varieties that you have not have experienced before. Santa Teresa truly opened up a new world of food for us both, and we can't wait to share that with you!
Some national dishes and treats that we will enjoy together are: Gallo Pinto, Casado, Pipa Frio, fresh batidos and lots of plantain!

Big words, but I feel so elevated, expanded and full of motivation to thrive into my next level after this retreat! The retreat serves you a "vitamin shot" of beautiful woman on the same journey, knowledge and experiences from Anette and Susi, who transferred their own lifestyle and are now living their passion.
