Here are some of our favorite recipes lately:

Chocolate Shake

We have an incredibly good chocolate shake from our book Jordnært, which consists of dates, cocoa, nut butter and banana. It gives a lot of energy and pleasure. We also eat a lot of homemade hummus, which is packed with protein for good energy. It is really creamy, and suitable for both dinner and snacks. Last but not least, we have made a completely radical broccoli soup that is a favorite with everyone. Soup sounds boring, but once you make it, it's so delicious and warming for the body.

1 portion:- 2-3 frozen bananas- 2 medjool dates- 1 tablespoon raw cocoa- 1 tablespoon nut butter- 1 teaspoon Anima Mundi Ashwaganda - Water as needed

Blend everything together in a good blender and enjoy!

Hummus

- 4 dl chickpeas (2 cans)- 5 tablespoons of olive oil- 1 tsp cumin- 2 tbsp tahini- 1 tablespoon lemonMix all the ingredients with a food processor or a stick blender. Serve with fresh herbs on top and some sesame seeds.

Broccoli Soup:

- 1 broccoli- 2 onions- 1 clove of garlic- 1 parsnip- 4 small potatoes- 2 carrots- 1 handful of spinach- 2 teaspoons of salt- 1 teaspoon pepper- 1 teaspoon Anima Mundi
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon Anima Mundi
- Moringa
- 1 tsp paprika
- WaterCut the garlic and onion into small pieces, and fry in coconut oil in a pan until soft. Cut the vegetables into cubes. Boil all the vegetables except the spinach for about 20 minutes. Add the spinach, and season with spices before pouring off some of the water (take care of the water). Put the contents in a blender, use a food processor, or stick blender to blend it together until it becomes a smooth consistency. Add a little bit of the water again according to the desired consistency. The soup tastes very good with a piece of warm bread with butter.
