In this session we will dive into the topic of shadow work: what is our shadow and how do we go from ignoring our darker sides to accepting them? Like the rest of nature, we also go through seasons. Some seasons bring more dark and some bring more light, but they are both always present. As we are entering into the months of more darkness, a lot of people have a hard time facing what this brings up. We will talk about some practices that you can do yourself or under guidance to start looking at what the dark brings up for you and how you can start loving those parts of yourself as well. Embrace the darkness!
