About Rachel & Claudia:

Rachel and Claudia are the creators of Scandinavia’s most comprehensive Yoga Nidra and Deep Rest facilitator training, includingThe Rested You programs, workshops and retreats that aim to help Everyone feel a little more Rested. They’re here to break the cycle of work hard, play hard and shift the narrative around Rest.
 

Rachel is a compassionate, holistic guide, mentor and thought leader who works alongside you to fortify your mind body AND your intuition to offer a uniquely cohesive holistic practice.

She believes that by understanding how your thoughts and behaviours affect your well-being, you can alter your focus and create your desired reality

Claudia is a yoga teacher and women's coach, specialising in therapeutic feminine yoga and yoga nidra. She believes in living, working, and practising yoga, according to the menstrual cycle, and she’s passionate about the practice of rest - especially through yoga nidra.
