James is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable breathwork teacher who has changed the life of many people. He is the breathwork teacher Deliciously Ella swears by for her daily practice. James has created an online studio where he offers breathwork classes.
James discovered breath-work after suffering from chronic illness from the age of 17-21. He was bed-bound for a year when he discovered meditation and mindfulness. After 6 months of practicing all of his symptoms were gone. Fast forward from this place James discovered the power of breath-work and decided to quit his job and pursue teaching.
