Our second session together with Rachel and Claudia this month is inspired by slowing down and resting during the days before and during our bleed. We practice restorative yoga and yoga nidra to support ourselves during this phase of our cycle. You’ll be guided by Rachel Brownbridge & Claudia Menger who you’ve met before during the Rest month on the Radical Broccoli Membership and who are the creators of Scandinavia’s most comprehensive Yoga Nidra and Deep Rest facilitator training.
