Often, when we feel stuck mentally or emotionally, our nervous system also goes into freeze, and vice versa. In order to get ‘unstuck’ when fears enter our lives, we need to learn some simple techniques to help our body and mind come back to flow state. In this session, we will dive deeper into overcoming our fears, and why sometimes we say ‘feel the fear and do it anyway!
