After our month of spring cleaning - physically, mentally and energetically - we are ready to create with clarity. Welcome to our first April session, where we will connect with our future self. The idea is simple, to create a magnetic future self, how she feels, how she communicates, dresses, moves, how she makes decisions, even what she eats. What are her routines and habits, how does she treat people. We want to connect with the essence of the person we are growing into, in order to make decision making easier in the present. “Would my future self choose this or that?”.
