In this session, we will use conscious connected breathing as a tool to dive deep into our unconscious layers of our bodies. The aim is to release old emotions and blockages stuck in the body as well as calm the nervous system, strengthen the immune system and obtain more inner peace. The session will have a focus on selflove - and you decide how deep you want to go!
Linn Tornholm is a passionated entrepreneur, born in Norway, based in Copenhagen - and she’s been a part of the RB membership from the start! When corona shut down the whole world, Linn stumbled upon breathwork, and breathing quickly became an important support that helped her find inner peace in the midst of all the uncertainty. Here, three years later, she has become a breathwork facilitator.
