Last spring we got together with Supernature to make some smoothie bowls outside in nature, at one of our favorite spots near Oslo – Californebu. Here, you can rent SUPs from sup.no and paddle around. It’s such a great feeling, both to make food and eat outside and to be in contact with the ocean. Definitely, something to look forward to this spring! It’s also possible to do it during winter, but it may be a bit too cold with smoothie bowls.
This one is made with spirulina and topped with bee pollen and coconut flakes.
