How to make Matcha latte

Matcha latte has become a popular “pick-me-up” drink in recent years. It’s actually a ground powder of green tea leaves, and is said to give you a more calm energy than a cup of coffee would. It has its origins in China, and later spread to Japan, and now to the rest of the world. By adding some coconut oil in the drink you get an extra boost of energy, speed up your metabolism and power up your immune system! Yihahh

Matcha latte

  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 dash plant based milk (hemp, coconut, almond, rice, oat++)
  • Boiled water for one cup

Blend for one minute in a blender and enjooooy

Matcha latte har blitt en trendy og populær energigivende drikk de siste årene. Matcha er et pulver av grønne teblader, og skal visstnok gi deg en mer balansert og rolig energi enn kaffe. Matcha kommer originalt fra Kina, og spredte seg senere til Japan og nå til resten av verden (takk insta;) ).  Ved å ha i litt kokosolje sies det at du får et ekstra energiboost, du speeder opp forbrenningen og styrker immunforsvaret!

  • 1 spiseskje kokosolje
  • 1 dose plantebasert melk (hemp, kokos, mandel, ris, havre++)
  • Kokt vann til en kopp

Blend i ett minutt og nyyyyt!
