Home made crunchy granola with mulberries

The smell of homemade granola baking in the oven will tempt even the non brekkie lovers. It is done after between 20-30 minutes depending on how crunchy you like it. The berries, nuts and seeds all change flavor when becoming baked. The granola is perfect for topping a smoothie, and together with a fresh juice you have a real vitamin bomb! Oh glory.

Homemade crunchy granola 

  • 2 dl almonds
  • 2 dl sunflower seeds
  • 2 dl linfrø
  • 1 handful mulberries
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tbs olivenolje
  • 1 tbs cinnamon (Ceylon)
  • 1 tbs organic honey

Turn the oven to 180 degrees, chop the almonds and mix together the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Spread the mixture evenly across a baking tray and bake for 20-30 minutes. Keep an eye on it so that it doesn’t get burned!

Raspberry smoothie 

  • 1 handfull frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avokado
  • 1 splash plant based milk
